Fabletics - Accessories
As soon as I started on the design team, a big focus for me was accessories. This included sourcing, researching, and developing/fitting workout equipment, bags, socks, and headwear among other novelty pieces. I worked with merchandising and product development to find our best selling items, get us to a good price point, and streamline our process to make accessories a more lucrative part of the business.
